Standard Orders will typically ship pack and ship in 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri) and you will receive your order in 3-4 business days (Mon-Fri) once shipped.
Expedited Orders received by 12pm PST ship same day (M-F) otherwise will ship out in 2 to 4 weekdays.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are its on its way!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please reach our to casemenowinfo@gmail.com and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.
If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! You can also log into your account to view your order history and search for your most recent order.

Please follow the below steps to identify your iPhone size (model):
1. Open Settings
2. Tap your Apple ID profile at the top
3. Scroll down until you see the list of your devices.
4. The first device listed is your iPhone. You can see your iPhone size here (below the device name).
5. You can also tap on the device name and you'll see your iPhone size info (model), iOS version, serial number, etc.
6. Return to our shop page.
7. Select your iPhone size and continue shopping!
