How do I place a return or exchange?

All U.S. online orders may be returned via mail free of charge! If you are not fully satisfied with your item we can help you find the style or size that's right for you. Begin your returns process by simply visiting the Case Me Now returns/exchange center here. This does not include items marked as final sale.

How do I return my international order?

To initiate a return on an international order, please visit our international returns portal.

What’s your return policy?

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt unless marked as final sale at time of purchase. Returns must include original packing slip (or a print of the email confirmation). Circle the items being returned and a note that you are requesting refund. Please ensure that all items being returned are in their original, unused condition, with the original packaging and sticker intact. Refunds will be denied for items that show any signs of wear.

Do I need to pay to return my order?

We offer free domestic shipping on all online returns for U.S. customers. Charges may apply for international customers shipping back to the U.S. Please note, original shipping charges, if any, are not refunded. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Help! I can’t find my shipping label.

After you've created a return or exchange, follow the instructions to print your free pre-paid return shipping label. When complete, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a copy of your return label just in case you need it.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we have received your returned item, you will receive a refund notification via email. Items are logged, checked for original quality and then reported to our finance team for refund. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement once refunded.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
